dc.description	Portrait of Frank. H. Sobey: former owner of Empire Company Ltd. Born in Lyons Brook, Nova Scotia, Sobey was the primary builder of the grocery store chain during the 1950's, and donated the funds to build the Sobey Building at Saint Mary's University, which opened in 1998.
