The following is typed on a note taped to the back: 'Students compete to design a better computer: This year, Dr. Larry Hughes, Mathematics and Computing Science Department, organized his class to present team projects from his distributed systems course. Pictured explaining her project is Jillian Hockey, 22, a final year co-op student in the department, who won a $15,000 scholarship from the School of Computer Science at Carleton University, Ottawa, to continue with her studies to the Masters level. The competition ended with a tie, between Hockey's team and one other team." The number "1011.1" is written on the back in black pen, in the top right corner.
