dc.description Good condition
dc.description Students being instructed by staff in the use of the microfiche readers in the lobby of the Patrick Power Library. Staffperson in white dress is unidentified; woman in dark blouse (at right) is Sandra Hamm. Some years later, a bigger, curved wooden "Services Plus" desk was erected in this space. Now it is a cozy reading area with cheery fireplace and attractive New Books display. The old library entrance can be glimpsed in the gloom at left (with hanging lamps).
