dc.description	Photo can be found on pg. 2 of The Times, Dec. 1978 with caption: 'The Board of Governors of Saint Mary's University recently held a reception and dinner in honour of two of its retiring members, Austin Hayes, who served as the Boards' Chairman for eight years and Joseph Zatzman, who was Board Vice Chairman for eight years. Among those at reception, from left, Monsignor Colin Campbell [Bishop of Antigonish], Mr. Zatzman, Mr. Hayes, and university president, Dr. Owen Carrigan [SMU President 1971-1979].' Zatzman was mayor of Dartmouth in the 1960's and was admitted to the Order of Canada in the 1990's.
