dc.description Scope and Content: A person is dressed in a Bukumu ceremonial headdress called Ulumsil and a grass skirt. The headdress appears to be made of sticks with feathers attached to the ends. The person is surrounded by thatched houses and palm trees. A woman is visible in the background to the left. Three children are visible in front of the woman, but one is partially obscured by a bush.
