dc.description From External Affairs. A typed note taped to the back says: 'Getting ready to present is Philip Mak, in his final year of Math and Computing Science. He gave a talk on black body microwave emission, to about 100 people on day two of the conference. Dr. William Lonc, Professor Emeritus, Astronomy and Physics Department, helped him prepare for his presentation.' Also on the back, '1009.9' is written with black pen in the top right.
