dc.description From External Affairs. On the reverse, '1038.0' is written in black pen in the top right corner and 'PHOTO BY GINA WILKINS' is stamped below that in red ink. The following is written in black pen: 'Contact sheet #313. United Way giving goes over the top. Ron Lewis paints our 'exploding thermometer' as Guy Noel (VP Administration,right) and Ken MacIntosh, coordinator of the metro universities' UW campaign, steady the ladder. Times, Nov/85 p.3.' This photograph appeared on page 3 of the November 1985 issue.
