dc.description	Good condition: sides curling, tack holes in each corner, crop marks drawn on front and emulsion residue showing in middle of photo
dc.description	A student reads quietly on an outsized sofa in the southeast corner of the lobby (with card catalogue) just outside the Reference Room (to left). Later on, a bigger, curved wooden "Services Plus" Desk was erected here. Now the brick wall to side is gone, and this area is now a cosy reading retreat with cheery fireplace and attractive New Books display. Information details credited to Doug Vaisey.
