dc.description	Circulation staff member Brenda Nicholson (right) assists a student at "Services Plus" desk. The desk opened in 1991. Prior to that, it housed the microfiche readers and several outsize sofas for relaxation and reading. Now it is a cosy reading retreat with cheery fireplace and attractive New Books display.
