dc.description.abstract	In June 2007, the IWK Health Centre started major renovations in the children’s OR Department. This paper details efforts undertaken to ensure the department will fit into the reduced space during construction. These efforts included 5S events to reduce clutter and improve organization in the department.	en_CA
