dc.description.abstract This qualitative research study explores the experience of ordained clergy living out their vocational calling in a team ministry setting. Using a two-point case study methodology, and an ethnographic approach, the data collected through interviews and intentional observation describes the overall experience of the four participants, and further identifies major themes and subthemes which contribute to their overall experience and to their sense of identity. Based upon the results of the research, a review of literature and theological exploration, various issues and potential courses of action for the Church are explored. en_CA
