dc.description	Participants identify specimens brought from the field searches. The Bio Blitz was a taxonomic survey organized by several community organizations and departments from Saint Mary’s University. The goal of the survey was to identify as many different species in a 24-hour period to increase the communities’ awareness of biodiversity in their neighbourhood.
