dc.description Student Vic Fraser sits at a desk wearing headphones that are connected to a tape cassette recorder in the Community Tape Resource Library. A copy of the book 'Great Expectations' is on the desk. This service is now the Ferguson Library for Print-Handicapped Students, which continues to provide services and materials for print-handicapped students. Vic Fraser went on to complete his B.Ed. at the University of British Columbia, taught for a while, then self-studied financial accounting. He now works in the Financial Services section of the CNIB.
