dc.description	Dr. Ken Ozmon (SMU President 1979-2000) and the Honourable Satang Jow (Secretary of State for Education, The Gambia) stand behind a table with four other delegates from The Gambia. Dr. Ozmon and the Honourable Mrs. Jow have just signed two agreements related to post-secondary education in The Gambia. The other four delegates hold gifts. From l to r: Mrs. Juka Jabang (Director General of the Management Development Institute), Mr. Jenung Manneh (Principal of Gambia College), the Honourable Satang Jow, Dr. Ozmon, Mr. Makaiveh N'Jie (Director of Gambia Technical Training Institute), Mr. Matthew N'Dure (Senior Deputy Registrar of West African Examination Council and Head of WAEC, The Gambia).
