dc.description	Spring 2002 graduates sit in chairs on the main floor of the Halifax Metro Centre during the Convocation ceremony. The photo is taken from the corner of a section of seats, so it is a diagonal view of the section, with one female graduate in the foreground and rows of other graduates in seats forming a triangle behind her off into the distance. Red carpets can be seen in front of the section of chairs, and along the left side of the section. All of the graduates look toward the stage or at their programmes; no one looks into the camera. Guests sitting in the orange plastic seats in the stands can be seen in the background.
