dc.description	Photo taken during the visit to Saint Mary's by Archbishop Panico (second from l, holding mitre). Far left is Father Lynch (SMU President 1950-1956), and facing is Father Malone (wearing glasses, SMU President 1956-1959). As Apostolic Delegate, Panico visited Saint Mary's in 1955, commemorated in more photos on pg. 8 of the 1955 Santamarian yearbook; Panico's address can be found on pg. 23 of the same yearbook. John Hayes (not seen in this photo) graduated with an Arts degree in 1955, and was ordained in 1959.
