dc.description.abstract	After 35 years of promoting business research in the Atlantic Provinces through the annual creation of the Atlantic Schools of Business (ASB) conference, in 2005, the decision was made to establish a formal structure for the organization. This paper will examine this decision by integrating the concepts of legitimacy, standardization and institutional isomorphism.	en_CA
