dc.description.abstract This paper explores the sociology of management knowledge through a case study of the Atlantic Schools of Business conference. Drawing on actor-network theory and social network analysis, we construct a graph of relationships within this conference and use it to “browse” through traces of the micro-processes that underpin knowledge production. We discover that the conference acts as a venue where new researchers take to the field, returning players try out some new moves, and everyone on the team becomes socialized. en_CA
