dc.description	Physical Plant staff member Jim Young stands on a ladder in The Tower weight room, painting the top of a pillar. There is a shopping cart full of paint cans on the other side of the pillar. The old flooring of the weight room has been removed, but the new flooring has not yet been laid down.
dc.description	From External Affairs. On the reverse, '146.2/2' is written in pencil in the top left corner, and '#7' is written directly under it in red ink. '1035.4' is written in the top right corner in black pen. A typed note taped to the back reads: 'Jim Young, of the Physical Plant paints on a new layer of paint while the floor in the weight room in the Tower is replaced.' A cropped version of this photo appeared on page 5 of the September 1994 issue of the Saint Mary's University Times.
