During August registration, Dr. Stephen Davis of the Anthropology Department advises a female student. The student sits in a chair on the left side of a long table, and Dr. Davis sits on the right side, holding some papers. There are more papers and booklets on the table, as well as a styrofoam cup and a sign that says "ANTHROPOLOGY" in a metal stand. Further down the table, a man with glasses and a mustache can be seen resting his chin in his hand, and other people are partially visible beyond him.
From External Affairs. On the reverse, '960.0' is written in the top right corner in black pen, a 'K' with a circle around it is written in black pen, and '21a' is written sideways in pencil in the top left corner. The following is typed on a slip of paper taped to the back: 'Dr. Stephen Davis (Anthropology) counselling a student at August Registration'.
