dc.description	View of the construction site for the Patrick Power Library in winter, taken from a McNally window. The concrete steps are alongside the front (eastern) entrance to the old chapel's upper storey (its lower level 12-paned windows are visible in the photo). These steps would have been demolished to make way for the future library's double door rear staff entrance.
