The first few words are mumbled, followed by, “about 15 minutes ago. Apparently, ??? is cross with … everybody is sitting around whispering, so we are too. Mind you, we don’t know what people are whispering.” This comment is followed by a conversation several people in a foreign language. The discussion quickly gets a little heated, with one man speaking loudly and rapidly. According to the cassette caption, the dispute is over Buai or betel nuts. Caption: “Ongaia.
