Interviews took place with three different denominations: the United Church of Canada, The Anglican Church of Canada, and a Baptist congregation, all in the Halifax area. Four persons were interviewed, two clergy and two web ministers for their congregations. The purpose of the study is to explore how clergy use and understand their websites. The reason for this research is two fold: First, to increase the body of knowledge that we have on the topic of “online,” or virtual ministry. Second, explore how these themes might filter into the life of the church, as we know it today… |
