dc.description	Rick MacKenzie (Director of Oxford Learning’s Halifax Centre), Colin Dodds (Vice President, Academic and Research 1997-2000, SMU President 2000-2015), Stockwell Day (Minister of Public Safety), and Dr. Stephen Schneider (professor for the Department of Sociology and Criminology) pose for a photo at PAL announcement. PALS was a new program at Saint Mary’s for children who live in disadvantaged environments, and Day had announcement that the Federal Government would be donating $342,000 to the program.
