dc.description.abstract This article updates the ongoing political and protest narratives surrounding Victor and Eddy Carvery’s relocation of their campers from Seaview Park to the site promised by the city for the construction of a new Seaview Baptist Church. It briefly outlines the City’s stance on the matter, the Africville Genealogical Society’s perspective, and the views of the Carvery brothers regarding their ongoing protest at and around the historic Africville lands.
