dc.description.abstract This follow-up letter, dated March 30, 1995, from R.S. Mapp, President of CUPW Nova, to M.E. Donovan, Senior Solicitor for the City of Halifax, outlines Mapp’s understanding of their telephone conversation on March 28, 1995. Mapp notes that he was informed no minutes were kept from any meetings regarding Ordinance 188. He concludes by urging the City Council to 'exclude Seaview Park from the proposed ordinance as an act of good faith.'
