Abstract

This article asserts that the Africville Genealogy Society supports City Ordinance 188 because it addresses the Society's concerns and interests. Society spokesperson Irvine Carvery highlights the mutual support among him and his brothers, Victor and Eddy, despite their differing approaches to the Africville compensation issue.
