A typed note taped to the back says: 'Amy Hynick, 21, Chemistry and Mathematics and Computing Science honours graduate, received the Governor General's Silver Medal at this year's Spring Convocation. She also received an NSERC Post Graduate Scholarship to continue her studies. Amy plans to complete her Master's in Math and Computer Science at either the University of Waterloo or the University of Toronto, Ontario.' Also on the back, '1009.8' is written in black pen in the top right.
