b&w photograph
Fair condition: edges frayed, top right corner creased, emulsion lines showing around edges and writing on front of photo
Pointing at what appears to be a desk calendar, Art instructor Julius Zarand plans this year's International Show with three committee members who are also Science students (l to r): Frank O'Connor ("Butch"), Bob Sumarah, and Phil Sapp (standing). It was the Faculty of Science's turn to organize the International Show that year, and all three were in their second year in 1958 (see pg. 58 and 68 of the Santamarian yearbook) so very likely graduated in 1961, for which there is no surviving yearbook. Note Zarand's paintings in the background. Identification credited to alumnus Ervin J. Doak (Commerce class of 1962).
Written in black pencil crayon on front of photo: '3 col mail [illegible]'. Written in pencil on reverse: '4 3/4 deep,' 'Study Set,' '3 col mail Thurs,' 'early page,' 'D[8],' 'col 1 1/2' and '5556'.
