Scope and Content: Three people are seen in the light of dawn wearing large, fan-like, homemade headdresses as part of the Bukumu ceremony. The headdresses are named Galiki, Kotakota, and Werom and appear to be made of sticks, feathers, and palms. A small crowd of men, women, and children are gathered around. Three houses and several palm trees are visible in the background. |
