dc.description	Dr. Victor M.Catano is a Professor in the Department of Psychology Department, specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Dr. Catano began working at Saint Mary's in 1972, and was very involved with developing the Masters and PhD programs in Industrial Organizational/Psychology at Saint Mary's.
