L’utilisation de l’ITMB pour composer des équipes dans un cours de comptabilité n’a pas relevé de différences significatives aux évaluations des étudiants et à leur taux de satisfaction à l’égard du travail d’équipe. Des difficultés ont été relevées qui pourraient diminuer la portée des résultats ou fournir une interprétation alternative.
Using the MBTI to make up teams in an accounting course does not indicate significant differences in student’s results nor to their degree of satisfaction towards teamwork. However, difficulties have been noted which could lessen the scope of the results or yet provide an alternative interpretation. |
