dc.description.abstract This report begins with an outline of the literature search aspect of a project investigating the adoption of B2C E-Commerce by small retail businesses in Atlantic Canada. It examines two aspects of the literature: the background to our research topic and relevant conceptual models, beginning with those used to investigate EDI. The second part of the report describes the development of a preliminary model, based on the literature, to be used to create a data gathering instrument and to guide the data analysis. en_CA
