Abstract:
The federal government’s business of developing entrepreneurs is “big business”. Some agencies involved in assisting individuals in developing a business measure success by tracking the number of businesses they assist in the birthing process. The failure rate for these businesses is approximately 50%. Entrepreneurs may not realize the personal risks.
