dc.description.abstract	In this preliminary paper, I use the ANTi-History approach to (re)assemble 3 histories of "the oceans cluster" in Nova Scotia. Accounts from 1960, 1980 and 2012 are examined to reveal their constituent actor-networks. These rhetorical histories are used to "assemble" a "cluster" as historical fact, establishing a regional competitive advantage.	en_CA
