dc.description.abstract The scholarly literature related to leadership and well-being has involved relatively few qualitative studies. We sought to synthesize current qualitative literature relating to leadership’s effects on employee well-being in order to broaden our understanding of leadership and well-being, as well as compare the qualitative and quantitative approaches to this important topic. en_CA
