Abstract

This article reports on a public meeting held at the North Branch Library on or before April 19, 1991, attended by over 100 people, to discuss the proposed construction of an access road along the Seaview Park area. Notable attendees included Ruth Johnson, Ron Wallace, Cecil Wright, Irvine Carvery, and Mary Clancy.
