dc.description.abstract	This document is a partial extracted copy of a fax (pages 2/12 to 5/12) from an unidentified sender to an unidentified receiver, dated March 17, 1995. It primarily discusses a Notice of Motion moved by Alderman Blumenthal to give First Reading of the ‘City Parks Ordinance of February 27, 1995 (revised)’ at the next regular meeting of the Committee of the Whole, scheduled for March 22, 1995. The Protection of Parks section 4.(3) is particularly relevant to the ongoing Africville protest. Marginalia notes include ‘ME Donovan March 3/95 16.1’.
