A bibliography of psychology

Abstract

In this study I propose to present an annotated bibliography of the books available in Psychology at the Saint Mary’s University Library. It is not intended to produce an annotated bibliography of all the books dealing with all branches of Psychology but rather of those books that would be of interest and importance to members of the School of Education at Saint Mary’s University. The bibliography therefore will include books dealing with Adolescent Psychology, Analytical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, the Psychology of Character, Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, Experimental Psychology, General Psychology and History of Psychology. Because of the importance of Guidance, Testing and Statistics in education today I have also included the books that cover these subjects. The significance of this study is that it will provide a source bibliography in Psychology for the students in the Saint Mary’s University School of Education. I trust that it will provide a foundation on which future bibliographers in the Saint Mary’s University School of Education may build.
